How safe to use all those prescribed pills to get rid of acne?
STLToday.com published the review of the new dr. J. Douglas Bremner’s book “Before You Take That Pill”. In this book Bremner urges those of us taking any medication, even vitamins, to consider whether we’re doing ourselves more harm than good.
Bremner studies how the brain changes in people with depression and other mental disorders. His research linked the acne drug Accutane to depression and suicide. He writes that research changed Bremner’s view of the prescription pad.
